Please note: Applications must be complete and received by the deadline. Any incomplete or late applications will not be reviewed. There is no cost to apply. If selected, the residency fee is an all-inclusive maximum of $2,500, which may be partially waived based on proof of need.

Youth orchestra budgets for the past three years, including financial and tax statements.

A letter of recommendation from a person affiliated with the State or Local Arts Council or the administrator of a past or current ORP participant.
